I am handling Tech Lead positions with a Financial organization for their Bangalore Center.
Position: Tech Lead
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4 -6 years
Skill : Tech Lead, Java/J2EE
Responsibilities
- New Feature Development
- Review test plans with QA & participate in code reviews with other software engineers.
- Research, design and develop new feature enhancements for company core products.
- Analyze impact to system and customer, design required functionality, create technical specifications, attend project meetings and release into QA.
- Mentor junior engineers and be resource for all engineers in area of expertise.
KRA
- Take ownership of release from conception through deployment, setting up environments and documenting release notes and technical details regarding functionality and configuration.
- Participate and contribute in conceiving future technology and next generation products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering from top Engineering College
- at least 4 years of experience in working on the mentioned technologies -Java, Servlet, JSP, EJB, Struts, Spring(Optional), Hibernate(Optional), Design Patterns, UML, Design techniques.
- Experience in leading a team preferred
